Converting
We are a full-service, in-house converting facility. We are able to slit, seam, inspect and cut film to meet your specifications with the shortest lead times available.
- PVC, PET-G, PLA, OPS.
- Seam up to and including 300mm layflats.
- Slitting up to and including 1,000mm layflats.
- We produce over one and a half million cut bands per day.
- Various perforations available including a T-perf, horizontal, vertical, single, and double.
- A full inspection is done by machine at the end of each run to ensure the glue has adhered and the seam is secure.
Printing
We can print your Shrink Labels with lead times to meet your specifications.
- 12 color Rotogravure
- 8 color Flexographic
- 4 color Digital Process
- Printing can be done on both sides of film.

Materials
PVC "The Most Common and Cost Effective Shrink Film":
Polyvinyl Chloride. The most commonly used Shrink Film for all tamper-evident protection and packaging display solutions. This film is strong, durable, and shape-conforming: it can clearly show off your product. It's perfect for packaging individual products and multi-packs. Shrink factors up to 62% (high shrink).
PET-G "The Most Recyclable Plastic":
Polyethylene Terephthalate. This recyclable film is used where clarity, durability, and high shrink factors of 75% are required (like for those highly contoured containers).
PLA "Environmentally Friendly Shrink Film":
Polylactide. This biodegradable and compostable Shrink Film is environmentally friendly. It is a corn-based material and is the responsible alternative for all applications that call for high performance and value without sacrificing quality or presentation. It's also FDA-approved for direct food contact and has an 80% shrink factor.
